Record-breaking Antitrust Jury Verdict
FKB was lead counsel for the plaintiffs in In re Urethane Antitrust Litigation, a price-fixing class action against chemical manufacturers. After a four-week trial, the jury returned a verdict for the plaintiffs that resulted in a $1.06 billion judgment—one of the largest price-fixing verdicts ever.

FKB is lead counsel in In re Generic Pharmaceuticals Pricing Antitrust Litigation, which alleges that dozens of manufacturers fixed prices for nearly 200 generic drugs. We’ve recovered more than $500 million for businesses and consumers who paid inflated prices, and we continue to aggressively prosecute these cases.

$1.5 Billion Settlement for Consumers
FKB chaired the plaintiffs’ settlement committee in In re Philips Recalled CPAP, Bi-Level PAP, and Mechanical Ventilator Products Litigation, which involved defective foam in sleep-apnea machines and ventilators. The case settled for over $1.5 billion for the benefit of individuals who overpaid or were injured.
