FKB serves as co-lead counsel for the consumer class in this case arising from a 2019 data breach that exposed payment information for approximately 22 million Wawa customers. The district court approved a settlement valued at $12.2 million that also included significant injunctive relief.
In June 2025, a unanimous panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit affirmed the district court’s award of attorneys’ fees.
