FKB filed complaints on behalf of two named plaintiffs in this case alleging that Chevrolet Bolt cars were manufactured and sold with defective batteries that cause fires, and the firm’s Roberta Liebenberg was appointed to the Plaintiffs’ Steering Committee.


The court has preliminarily approved a $150 million settlement.
