This “no poach” class action alleges that two of Central Pennsylvania’s leading hospital systems illegally agreed not to hire each other’s employees.
FKB contributed to legal drafting and fact and expert discovery efforts, including by identifying non-parties likely to have relevant documents, issuing subpoenas, and deposing witnesses.
The court denied the defendants’ motions to dismiss, and extensive fact discovery closed in 2023. The parties have reached a $28.5 million settlement resolving the case, which is pending court approval.
