This “no poach” class action alleged that two of Central Pennsylvania’s leading hospital systems illegally agreed not to hire each other’s employees.
FKB contributed to legal drafting and fact and expert discovery efforts, including by identifying non-parties likely to have relevant documents, issuing subpoenas, and deposing witnesses.
The court denied the defendants’ motions to dismiss, and extensive fact discovery closed in 2023. The parties reached a $28.5 million settlement resolving the case, which the court approved in 2026.
