FKB served as plaintiffs’ counsel in this class action alleging an anticompetitive conspiracy among credit card issuers and banks.


After more than a decade of litigation, the district court approved a cash settlement exceeding $5.5 billion. In 2023, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit affirmed the district court’s approval in all material respects.
