Together with co-counsel, FKB represents plaintiffs Krasdale Foods, Inc. and Wegmans Food Markets, Inc. in this antitrust action against many of the nation’s largest producers and sellers of refined sugar. The case alleges that the defendants conspired to fix prices, and that the plaintiffs were forced to pay inflated prices for sugar as a result of the conspiracy.

The complaint was filed in August 2026.
