CASE — No. 23-cv-02175, U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey

FKB represents direct purchasers in this class action against the four largest producers of fragrance ingredients and compounds. The case alleges that the manufacturers fixed prices, allocated markets, and agreed to limit the supply of certain ingredients.

The court denied the defendants’ motion to dismiss in February 2025. The direct purchasers have reached a $26 million class settlement with one of the defendants, which is pending court approval.
