Court Approves Additional Price-Fixing Settlements Totaling $58 Million

FKB represents the end-payer plaintiffs in In re Generic Pharmaceuticals Pricing Antitrust Litigation, the largest antitrust multidistrict litigation now pending in the country.

On November 19, 2025, the Honorable Cynthia M. Rufe granted final approval of the end-payer plaintiffs’ $48 million settlement with Apotex, as well as their $10 million settlement with the Heritage Defendants. The settlements resolve claims by FKB’s clients that these defendants conspired with other generic pharmaceutical manufacturers to fix prices for certain generic drugs.

To date, the end-payer plaintiffs have secured more than $500 million in settlements.
