FKB represented the defendants in this action alleging legal malpractice, civil conspiracy, tortious interference with business relations, and wrongful use of civil proceedings. The court granted our client’s motion for judgment on the pleadings on three of the four counts. The case settled favorably in 2007 after our client’s motion for summary judgment was filed on the remaining count.
