Jessica D. Khan

Jessica Khan, an associate, focuses on antitrust class actions and other complex civil litigation. Ms. Khan also has significant experience in appellate litigation and criminal matters and clerked in state and federal courts. Her current matters include representing end-payers in multidistrict litigation against drug manufacturers accused of price-fixing, bid-rigging, and other antitrust violations.

Prior to joining Fine Kaplan, Ms. Khan served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Law Division of the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office and as a commercial litigator at Drinker Biddle & Reath, L.L.P.

Ms. Khan also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Robert B. Kugler of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey and as Deputy Law Clerk to the Honorable Carl A. Solano of the Superior Court of Pennsylvania.

Ms. Khan is a magna cum laude graduate of both Haverford College and Villanova University School of Law, where she was an associate editor of the Villanova Law Review.
